This Fulfillment Policy explains how KJVMC Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) delivers and fulfills consulting services purchased by clients. By booking a consultation or using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

KJVMC Inc. provides consulting-only services—no physical products are shipped.

2. Service Fulfillment

a. Consultation Delivery

All consultations are fulfilled through one of the following methods, depending on client preference:

  • Phone call

  • Virtual meeting (Zoom, Google Meet, or equivalent)

  • Email-based advisory (when applicable)

Clients will receive a confirmation email immediately after booking their session.

b. Scheduling

Consultation times are based on availability. Once payment and booking are completed, the client will receive:

  • A confirmation of the scheduled session

  • Meeting link or call instructions

  • Required preparation details (if applicable)

c. Response Times

  • General inquiries: within 24–48 business hours

  • Consultation confirmations: immediately upon booking

  • Follow-up emails or documents: within 2–5 business days, depending on the nature of the service

3. Service Types & Fulfillment

First Consultation — $50

Delivered as a 30–45 minute introductory strategy session.

Basic Consultation — $100

Delivered as a 45–60 minute session with deeper analysis and actionable recommendations.

Multiple / Ongoing Consultations — $200+

Delivered over a series of sessions based on the package selected. Timing, frequency, and deliverables are agreed upon in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper fulfillment of services, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate contact information

  • Attending scheduled consultations on time

  • Providing any required documents or information needed for the service

  • Notifying our team in advance if rescheduling is needed

5. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

a. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

b. Missed Sessions

If a client does not attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice:

  • The session is considered fulfilled

  • No refund is provided

A new session may be purchased if the client wishes to rebook.

6. Refund Policy

Because KJVMC Inc. provides time-based consulting services, all completed sessions are non-refundable.

Refunds may only be granted if:

  • The company cancels a session and cannot reschedule

  • A payment was made in error and no service has been rendered

All refund decisions are at the discretion of KJVMC Inc.

7. Delivery of Follow-Up Materials

If your consultation includes follow-up documents, recommendations, or summaries:

  • Delivery is typically within 2–5 business days

  • Files may be sent via email, secure link, or shared drive

  • Additional processing time may apply depending on complexity

8. Service Completion

A service is considered fulfilled when:

  • The scheduled consultation is completed, or

  • The agreed-upon advisory or deliverables have been provided

Clients will receive a confirmation email marking the completion of service.
