This Fulfillment Policy outlines how MCKJV Holding Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) delivers and fulfills consulting, strategic planning, and advisory services. By booking a consultation or engaging in any of our services, you agree to the terms listed below.

MCKJV Holding Inc. provides professional advisory and consulting services only. No physical products are shipped.

2. Service Fulfillment

a. Consultation Delivery

All consultations and advisory sessions are delivered through one or more of the following methods:

  • Phone calls

  • Virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, or equivalent)

  • Email-based advisory (when applicable)

Clients will receive a confirmation email immediately after scheduling their session.

b. Scheduling

Once payment and booking are completed, clients will receive:

  • Confirmation of the consultation date and time

  • Meeting instructions or call details

  • Any preparation steps or required materials

Session fulfillment is based on the availability agreed upon at the time of booking.

c. Response Times

  • General inquiries: within 24–48 business hours

  • Consultation confirmations: sent instantly

  • Follow-up deliverables or summaries: within 2–5 business days

3. Service Types & Fulfillment

First Consultation — $50

A foundational 30–45 minute session focused on understanding client goals and challenges.

Basic Consultation — $100

A 45–60 minute strategy session including business analysis and actionable recommendations.

Multiple / Ongoing Consultations — $200+

Continuous advisory support with scheduled recurring sessions, long-term strategy development, and performance guidance. Deliverables and frequency are defined in advance.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful service experience, clients must:

  • Provide accurate contact information

  • Attend scheduled consultations on time

  • Share necessary documents or details

  • Notify us at least 24 hours before the session if rescheduling is required

5. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

a. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty.

b. Missed Sessions

If the client misses a session without advance notice:

  • The session will be considered fulfilled

  • No refund will be issued

A new booking is required to schedule another session.

6. Refund Policy

Because our services are time-based, expertise-driven, and delivered directly to the client, all completed sessions are non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • MCKJV Holding Inc. cancels a session and no alternative date is available

  • A payment error occurred and no services were delivered

Refund approvals are at our discretion.

7. Delivery of Follow-Up Materials

If your consultation includes follow-up documentation, strategy notes, or recommendations:

  • These materials will be delivered within 2–5 business days

  • Delivery may be via email or secure digital link

  • More complex cases may require additional processing time

8. Completion of Services

A service is considered fully completed when:

  • The consultation session has taken place, or

  • Any promised follow-up materials have been delivered

A completion confirmation email may be sent depending on the service type.
