This Fulfillment Policy outlines how MCKJV Management Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) delivers and manages consulting and business management services. By booking a session or engaging our services, you agree to the conditions listed below.

MCKJV Management Inc. provides professional consulting and management advisory services only. No physical products are shipped.

2. Service Fulfillment

a. Consultation Delivery

All consultations and management sessions are fulfilled through:

  • Phone calls

  • Virtual meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar)

  • Email-based advisory (when applicable)

Clients receive a confirmation email immediately after booking their session.

b. Scheduling

After booking and payment, clients will receive:

  • A confirmation of the scheduled consultation

  • Instructions for the call or virtual meeting

  • Any preparation details required for the session

Consultations are delivered based on availability and agreed-upon dates.

c. Response Times

  • General inquiries: within 24–48 business hours

  • Consultation confirmations: sent instantly upon booking

  • Follow-up documents or advisory materials: within 2–5 business days

3. Service Types & Fulfillment

First Consultation — $50

Introductory session (30–45 minutes) focused on identifying needs, goals, and challenges.

Basic Consultation — $100

A deeper assessment (45–60 minutes) with customized recommendations and management guidance.

Multiple / Ongoing Consultations — $200+

For clients requiring continuous management support. Fulfillment includes:

  • Scheduled recurring sessions

  • Action plans

  • Performance guidance

  • Long-term planning

Timing and deliverables are agreed upon ahead of time.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth fulfillment, clients must:

  • Provide accurate and updated contact details

  • Attend sessions on time

  • Prepare requested documents or information

  • Notify us promptly if rescheduling is needed

5. Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

a. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule at least 24 hours before their session time without penalty.

b. Missed Appointments

If a client misses a session without prior notice:

  • The session will be marked as fulfilled

  • No refund will be provided

Rebooking requires purchasing a new consultation.

6. Refund Policy

Because our services are time-based and expert-driven, completed sessions are non-refundable.

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • MCKJV Management Inc. cancels a session and cannot provide an alternative date

  • A payment error occurred and no service was delivered

Refund requests are evaluated at our discretion.

7. Delivery of Follow-Up Materials

For consultations that include follow-up recommendations or strategy documents:

  • Materials are delivered within 2–5 business days

  • Files may be sent via email or secure digital link

  • Complex cases may require additional processing time

8. Service Completion

A service is considered completed when:

  • The consultation or session has been delivered, or

  • The agreed-upon advisory materials have been provided

A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
