  • Multiple or Ongoing Consultations

All services are advisory in nature and based on the information you provide. KJVMC Inc. does not provide legal, financial, or tax services unless explicitly stated.

3. Eligibility

By using our website or booking services, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years old

  • Legally able to enter into agreements

  • Using our services for lawful purposes

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time

  • Maintain confidentiality of login information (if applicable)

  • Not misuse or disrupt our website or communication channels

You are solely responsible for the information you submit during consultations.

5. Payments & Billing

All service fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Prices include:

  • First Consult — $50

  • Basic Consult — $100

  • Multiple / Ongoing Consults — $200+

Accepted payment methods may include debit/credit cards, online payment systems, or other methods offered on our website.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Missed Appointments

  • Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and considered fulfilled.

  • KJVMC Inc. reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a session; if no alternative is available, a refund may be provided.

7. No Guarantees

KJVMC Inc. provides strategic advice, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, financial results, or performance improvements.
Outcomes depend on client implementation, market conditions, and other variables outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by KJVMC Inc., including documents, strategies, content, and website material, are the property of the Company and protected by copyright laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or sell any material without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Information shared during consulting sessions is treated as confidential.
However, KJVMC Inc. may disclose information if:

  • Required by law

  • Necessary to protect rights or safety

  • The client provides written consent

10. Website Use & Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or access restricted areas
