3. Eligibility

By using our website or booking any of our services, you confirm that you are:

  • At least 18 years of age

  • Legally authorized to enter into agreements

  • Accessing our services for lawful purposes

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, truthful information

  • Arrive on time for scheduled sessions

  • Supply necessary documents or details when requested

  • Maintain confidentiality of any login or scheduling credentials

  • Not misuse, disrupt, or damage our website or communication systems

You are solely responsible for the information shared during any consulting session.

5. Payments & Billing

Payments must be made at the time of booking.
Fees include:

  • First Consultation — $50

  • Basic Consultation — $100

  • Multiple / Ongoing Consultations — $200+

Billing may occur through debit/credit card, online payment system, or other accepted methods displayed on our website.

6. Rescheduling, Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Sessions may be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable and marked as fulfilled.

  • If MCKJV Management Inc. cancels a session and cannot offer an alternative, a refund may be issued.

7. No Guarantees

MCKJV Management Inc. provides strategic guidance, but cannot guarantee specific business outcomes, performance results, or financial success.

Business decisions and outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including client execution and market conditions.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by MCKJV Management Inc.—including documents, recommendations, strategies, and website content—are the exclusive property of the Company.

You may not copy, share, sell, or redistribute any materials without written permission.

9. Confidentiality

All information shared during consulting sessions is treated as confidential.
However, MCKJV Management Inc. may disclose information if:
